Tonight I went to see Alice in Wonderland with Curly. It was pretty good. I don't think i'd call it a 'favorite' but it was a good movie and I'd watch it again. I didn't realize prior to watching it that it wasn't a remake of Alice in Wonderland, but rather a sort of sequel to it. So it wasn't what I was expecting for sure. I loved Johnny Depp in it, and all the creatures were awesomely animated.
Curly and I were good kids, we held hands during the movie <3. I remember back in the day when that was something you hurried home to call your best friend and tell them. :) Since it's not as accepted to do that these days over something minute, especially when you've done a lot more than hold hands... I'm blogging about it instead. lol.
A friend of ours works at the movie theater, so he saw us together obviously. I'm not sure if he knew/knows i'm pregnant or not though. I was carrying my coat when we went in, and it was shielding my belly. :P I wonder what'll be said now that someone saw Curly and me on a 'date'.
After the movie, we went back to his house, he had to work on an outline for one of his classes that was due by midnight, so I read along while he was working on that, and did some editing for him :P. How useful I seem to be. ha. Since my Grama T had D I didn't want to stay too late, she's never watched him other than for my doctors appointments. I came home early (and before we even did anything too fun!) and it was a good thing because he wouldn't go to sleep for her. What a brat! lol
Here we are, 12:40am and he's still awake. Apparently he did fall asleep downstairs, but when she tried to bring him upstairs to put him to bed he woke up and wouldn't stop crying because he didn't want to go to bed. Guess it's just one of those days where he seems to have inherited my insomnia.
